Dr. Rangnath reveals Dr. Nidhi that the file was not missing but it was purposely shifted from one place to another to put Dr. Nidhi in trouble and also warns her to be careful with Dr. Mallika but Dr. Mallika increases the trouble for Nidhi as she complaints Dr. Ashutosh about the missing case file and thus Dr. Ashutosh gets angry on Nidhi for her carelessness.
